When requesting feedback from others, here are a few things you should consider:
Use a descriptive subject line, such as ‘Looking for feedback on my new shop, ABC.’
Include your store URL.
Make sure your store is accessible. If not, share a preview link.
Mention if you want feedback on a specific area or feature of your store.
Share what you’ve changed recently or what you would like to change.
Follow up and engage with community members providing feedback!
Include the tag #Feedback.
Keep it kind and constructive.
Don’t reply with promotional or ”contact me” links.
Respond with specific, personalized suggestions. For example, replies with generic advice such as ‘Start advertising, improve SEO’ etc. do not offer much value and may be removed. Posts that do not include feedback, or only a link to another website to request feedback, will be removed as well.
