Blank (Unpopulated) Elements

It is always frustrating when I build a site and add elements (e.g. a Repeater) that I have to deconstruct (either partially or fully) before building it the way I want. For “power users” this is very frustrating and chews up time. It would be great to have the option to add a blank element to my site.

I’m not sure how the UX would look, but below is one idea where you could put an “Add Blank Repeater” button at the top.

The same principle would apply to other tools:

  • Gallery

  • Interactive (Slideshow)

  • Contact & Forms

  • etc.

Hi Shannon, thank you for sharing your feedback and example illustration. I will forward it to our team.

Indeed! Every-time had to remove the sample element inside…

This feature should add to all element also. (Just like WxxFlow, their element always come with no properties preset so we can do edits faster, and frameworking is easier)

I need it too

This would save a lot of time!

Agreed!

fwiw: I almost never, ever use any pre-formatted element. It seems like this would be a pretty straight forward feature to implement.
