You read that right: you can now have non-English URLs on wix sites! Well, in the bet at least. 
And the partners now can start building.

The feature was temporarily disabled to fix a bug, it should be back on and working now! 
This is posted under NON-English URLs Beta information,
" This update will allow users to create page URLs that contan an extend character set. Non-English URLs can be used when creating a new page, or changin a static page URL slug from the pages menu. When creating a page for the first time, if the name of the page contains non-english characters, te default page URL should now contain a validated version of the page name. When changing a page URL, you will now be able to enter non-english characters.
