You can now set permissions for individuals, groups or paid plan visitors. Choose who can download, upload to or manage your shared files and folders on your live site.
Choose the level of access you want to give a particular member, group, or plan:
View: Provides limited access to open, view, and download files in the folder.
Upload: Provides the ability to add new files to the folder, and to view and download files.
Manage: Provides the ability to add new files, manage folders, and give permissions to others to access the folder.
Here’s how to set up your permissions:
Go to File Share on your live website
On the right side of a folder click ⠇
Click on Permissions
Add members, roles or plans and assign their permissions
