Amazing new UI. Will it come with the new menus manager allowing us to pick and choose pages for each menu? It keeps appearing and disappearing over the last year.

How I would summarize the announcement:

  1. Editor workspace tweaked a little (meh)
  2. Mobile Editor upgrade (this was the BIG news and worth watching)

Not much else really. Everything else that was demonstrated already existed. I must admit that aside from the upgrade to the mobile editor, I was a little disappointed that everything seems to be geared towards the “casual user.”

Thanks Wix for being such a great company.

I think many professionals share your opinion.

We really expect some exciting improvements soon and not just UX in the editor. There are many performance and optimization topics to refine.

However it is still a great community and company. Keep it up Wix💗

Suggestion: Within the theme manager, being able to add text spacing and line height to adjust across the entire site!

Will we be seeing updates coming to classic that will allow for desktop/mobile to load their breakpoints depending on browser resize similar to Editor X? Classic is an incredible builder and in many ways I like it better than Editor X but not having the responsiveness is a huge blow to sites created with it.

I would say it’s relatively unnecessary to have the Classic editor be responsive in the sense that they show you what the site would look like on desktop, tablet, and mobile as it is

All 4 of the features were already in beta / released - but it’s nice to have a moment with the team to show them. It’s HARD to stay up to date with all the releases/features that Wix puts out… so it’s AWESOME to have the team come and show us.
