Earlier this year, we shared an important update regarding the previous Online Store and the steps you must take before it is no longer supported starting October 15, 2020. For reference, I’ve linked the post below.
Today, we want to remind you that you must take action if you received an email stating that your version of Wix Stores will no longer be supported.
Within the email, you’ll find a link that lists all sites currently using the previous version of Wix Stores. Additionally, you’ll find step by step instructions that will help you with the transition.
If you’re a contributor on a client’s site, you must reach out to them regarding this change as only site owners received this email.
Keep in mind that only e-commerce sites created before 2016 have the outdated version. If you or your client did not receive this email, no action is required.
