Hi @rossane-costa If I understand correctly, your question is when using the Ascend/Arena integration, how do you ensure leads in your Ascend Inbox are marked as read in the Arena Dashboard?

In the Ascend Workflow, if you either a) manually move the new lead from the “New Lead” to the “Contacted” category or b) send them a non-automated message through Ascend Inbox (which will automatically move the card into the “Contacted” category), then the status of the lead in your Arena Dashboard to “Contacted.”

Can you please elaborate of the Arena/Ascend integration??? I don’t have a paid Ascend plan as I don’t feel I should be paying for that feature as partner, I’m already paying for my premium package still :frowning: and I don’t get Arena leads in my Ascend inbox- Thank you!
