Does Wix restrict access from certain countries?

I have a question from a potential client, see below. Can someone from Wix answer?

Our organization is an international non-profit that currently uses Weebly to house our website. However, we have recently learned that Weebly restricts access from countries they deem dangerous (such as Ghana and Uganda), so individuals in these countries are not able to access any site housed on their platform. This poses an issue for us given the international nature of our work. We are considering switching to Wix, but would like confirmation that Wix does not blanket restrict countries from accessing websites using their platform.

In your case, you have to find a “exportable” website builder + global access able server provider + Register permission on some country like china.
