Mail goes to my client and in view order button it takes client to wix app where he gets to know about wix which i don’t want otherwise my client will install app and won’t need my monthly assistance and marketing of website and automations.

Since this is an automatic confirmation email, it is not possible to remove the ‘view order’ button.
Regarding your second point, there are many partners here who manage their client’s sites even when their clients know the site is built on Wix. Perhaps other partners can weigh on how they leverage their services once a website is created (ie: maintenance package).
I used to be afraid of exactly the same thing Kartik… But I have since realised that most clients will still want you to manage their sites for them.
Transparency is a key factor to good relationships with any client. You don’t need to bore them with the details, but always keep the basic facts out in the open.
Even though Wix is really easy to use, most people don’t want to have to manage their site or learn how to use Wix.
What I do:
I give the client all the info they need on how to manage the site themselves and usually when they read the steps they say: “will you please do it for me”.
Sometimes I am shocked at how simple the jobs are, yet still the client would rather I do it.
This is because YOU are the expert and when your client hires an expert, they feel comfortable.
I hope my 2cents helps. I know a lot of partners must feel the same way as you, but you must have trust in your expertise and always strive to show the client that you are knowledgable and capable - this will keep them coming back to you, even when they could do the job themselves
