How does it work?
We use dynamic ads to show your products to the right people at the right time. Once you set it up, your campaign is seamlessly and automatically integrated with your store catalog. Dynamic ads learn what works over time based on your campaign's results. While your campaign is running, the algorithm gets signals that help it understand what drives people to your store and how to reach more engaged customers.
How do you manage campaigns?
You can manage any aspect of the campaign directly from your Wix account! Simply click the Facebook Ads tab under Marketing Tools in your site's dashboard to see how your campaign is doing.
The statistics provide you with a clear picture of your audience's interaction with the ad as well as related site statistics like visits, number of orders placed and the overall performance in general.
Automated Audience Targeting.
Our dynamic product ads automatically promote products from your store catalog to people who have expressed interest on your site (both desktop and mobile). We re-target these users by showing them ads with products from your store that they've previously viewed but not purchased.
Keep the following in mind:
This feature is only available to Wix Store users.
You must be the site owner to use this product.
You can only run one campaign per site.
Emails and notifications are sent to the site owner’s email address.
Additionally, before setting up Facebook Ads with your Wix Store, you must:
Publish your site and upgrade it to a Business & eCommerce Premium Plan.
Add products that are in stock to your store (the products must be visible, and have images and prices to be featured in a campaign).
Connect an online payment method to your store.
Make sure you have admin permissions for the Facebook Business Page you want to use (if not, ask the administrator to add you).
Check that your Facebook Business Page is published.
Verify that your Wix site is listed as your Facebook page's website (you can check this in the page's About section).
