たった今、サイト移行でサイトが表示されなくなったという現象が発生しましたので共有します。
結論からいうと、ドメインのみ私のアカウントに残されたことが原因でした。
経緯
サイト移行のメールを送信（共同管理者として残るにチェック）
クライアントが承認、決済情報入力、移行完了
独自ドメインで表示されなくなる
移行したサイトが無料ドメインに戻っていた
対処方法
クライアントのアカウントでログイン
プレミアムプランはクライアントに移行済みを確認
ドメイン未接続を確認
ドメイン再設定を試みるも、他のアカウントで使用済みのためエラー
自分のアカウントにログイン
自分のアカウント内にドメインが接続されているのを確認
自分のアカウントからドメインを削除
クライアントのアカウントにログイン
ドメイン再設定、再表示完了
サイト移行では、プレミアムプランとドメインはセットで管理権限がうつるという認識でしたが、仕様が変わったのでしょうか。それとも私の認識違いでしょうか。
