The Member Bar in my wesbite mobile version is massive and I don’t know how to hide or remove it, can someone help me?

What are you trying to achieve:
I want the layout and design to look better, not a massive white space at the top of each members area screen when they are looking at the mobile version.
What have you already tried:
to delete it, but it removes all of my members pages when I do
